I’m Dr. Chad Sloan, and I’m honored to be joining the Lockhart Dentistry team! It’s a privilege to continue the excellent standard of care that Dr. Lockhart has provided throughout his career. His dedication to quality dentistry, advanced technology, and patient-centered care has built a true dental home for so many in our community. I’m grateful to step into that legacy and promise to provide the same kindness, compassion, and excellence you’ve always experienced here.
I was born in Indianapolis and raised in Fort Wayne. After earning my undergraduate degree at Indiana Wesleyan University, I completed a Master’s in Biology at Purdue before graduating from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2012. What I love most about dentistry is the way it combines art and science while allowing me to build long-lasting relationships with my patients. My goal is to partner with you on your path to oral health and support you every step of the way.
Outside of dentistry, I’ve been married to my wife, Kristy, for nearly 20 years, and we have two wonderful kids, Ruby and Everett. As a family, we enjoy traveling, playing and listening to music, and staying active in our local church community.
